As a Student Life Advocate, you will be at the heart of student services, facilitating engagement across multiple events and activities. This part-time role, with opportunities for evenings and weekends, requires a proactive individual with excellent customer service skills. You will work with fellow students to deliver essential services while keeping student needs at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-level customer service to students
• Promote and disseminate service information effectively
• Assist in organizing on-campus events
• Maintain student inquiry tracking systems
• Ensure health and safety standards in work spaces
Requirements:
• Full-time enrollment at Conestoga College is required
• Strong customer service abilities
• Knowledge of CSI services is important
• Ability to manage time and multiple responsibilities
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
