Guelph PSW Program Clinical Instructor

Position: Guelph PSW Program Clinical Instructor Role
Make a difference as a Clinical Instructor for the PSW Program eph’s Health Centre in Guelph. Lead student placements and ensure quality education experiences.
This role is designed for a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with a minimum of two years of diverse experience. You will engage with long-term care facilities, facilitating both learning and support for students throughout their placements. Your focus will be on student success, using your organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with LTC staff to arrange student placements

• Facilitate learning experiences within the PSW domain

• Conduct mid-term assessments and final evaluations

• Address student issues and provide timely support

• Submit clinical documentation to relevant instructors
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

• Two years of experience in a diverse environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Brightspace LMS

• Familiarity with setting SMART goals
