Position: Instructor for English Language Programs

The role within the School of Continuing Studies involves delivering high-quality English language instruction to students enrolled in various programs. You will be responsible for crafting customized lessons, monitoring student progress, and providing actionable feedback that aligns with their learning objectives. Collaborating with the curriculum team will enhance the overall educational offering of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailor-made English language instructional materials

• Evaluate and provide timely feedback on student progress

• Cultivate an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere

• Work collaboratively on curriculum development initiatives

• Teach effectively in hybrid environments using LMS

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with TESL Canada Level 1 certification

• Minimum 2 years instructional experience in higher education

• Experience teaching academic English to diverse students

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and LMS systems

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
