As a Co-Op Coordinator in the Experiential Learning department, you will leverage your experience in marketing and employer relationship management to enhance co-op education.
Your role will be pivotal in connecting over 7,000 students with industry opportunities while providing advisement on job search strategies and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain employer partnerships for co-op education
• Market the co-op program across diverse sectors
• Analyze labor market insights and trends
• Provide career development guidance to students
• Prepare students for work terms through workshops
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Minimum of two years in employer development or advisement
• Strong communication and public relations skills
• Commitment to equity and diversity initiatives
• Excellent time-management abilities
