Cultural Diversity Services Manager University

Lead transformative initiatives for Black and racialized students at the University of Guelph as the Manager of Cultural Diversity Services. Your expertise will drive inclusive programming and advocacy.

In this strategic leadership role, you will report to the Associate Director of Student Experience and oversee vital services designed to support Black and racialized learners. With a focus on holistic development and well-being, you'll design, implement, and assess innovative programs that respond to diverse student needs. Your insights into intercultural competencies will shape a more inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for Cultural Diversity Services' programming

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff including advisors and coordinators

• Formulate recommendations based on student narratives and outcomes

• Represent services on university and community committees

• Collaborate with faculty to enhance student experiences

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in social work, education, or related field

• 5 years’ experience with Black and racialized populations

• Knowledge of anti-oppression and anti-racist principles

• Proven leadership and administrative experience

• Strong human relations and advising skills
