Learning & Development Specialist

In this pivotal role reporting to the Manager of Business Solutions, you will design and implement targeted training initiatives for Service Delivery and Business Solutions teams. Collaborating closely with various departments enables you to translate business needs into effective learning solutions. This position supports onboarding and ongoing training programs, enhancing employee capabilities and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging training programs for staff

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions

• Assess skill gaps and align training to business needs

• Maintain and update training materials regularly

• Track participation and prepare reports for management

Requirements:

• Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design

• Experience with training program development and delivery

• Ability to assess training effectiveness

• Knowledge of new technologies and AI applications

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
