Position: Youth Employment Program: Gain Skills
Unlock your potential with the Youth Elevate Program, a supportive, free employment initiative for youth aged 15-30. This in-person program develops essential skills and offers paid work placements to enhance your career.

Designed for youth facing employment barriers, the Youth Elevate Program fosters personal and professional growth. Over five weeks, participants engage in group workshops covering resume writing, interview skills, and more. Additionally, receive individual support including coaching, childcare access, and transportation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend group skills training and workshops

• Participate in 10 weeks of paid work placement

• Develop skills in time management and communication

• Complete short-term training certifications

• Receive mentorship and coaching from program staff

Requirements:

• Ages 15-30, inclusive

• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Unemployed and not currently enrolled in school

• Willing to engage in a cohort-based program
