Your role involves providing career guidance to students and preparing them for practical work experiences. Engage with community partners and analyze labor market trends to enhance the program's reach and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new employment opportunities for the WEX program
• Market WEX programs to employers and stakeholders
• Provide advisement on job search strategies and employability skills
• Conduct work term visits to monitor student progress
• Address employment barriers and support diverse student needs
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience in employer development
• Strong communication and marketing skills
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Knowledge of work-integrated learning is an asset
