Position: Outdoor Montessori Educator Role
Join Planted Seed Montessori School as an Outdoor Montessori Teacher, enhancing experiential learning in Grades 1 to 6. Inspire children by merging classroom education with outdoor activities.

You will create a vibrant learning atmosphere by utilizing the Montessori principles and ensure a safe, inclusive space for all students. Your responsibilities include planning and implementing engaging curriculum while mentoring young learners. You'll directly impact their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a Montessori and outdoor curriculum for 16 students

• Assess student progress and educational programming

• Supervise and maintain safety within the classroom

• Prepare materials and learning spaces for lessons

• Offer mentoring support to students

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of teaching experience

• MACTE certified in Elementary Montessori methodology

• Experience teaching outdoors

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Understanding of IEP requirements
