Position: Ontario One Call Learning Specialist Opening
Drive educational initiatives at Ontario One Call as a Learning Specialist. In this hybrid position, you will design and facilitate training programs that support operational success.
Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, this role encompasses the creation and continuous improvement of training programs vital for effective service delivery. You will collaborate closely with teams to develop engaging training content, ensure alignment with operational standards, and assess training needs. Your contributions will help promote a safe and efficient excavation culture in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create training programs tailored for diverse learning styles

• Lead instructor-led and virtual training sessions

• Collaborate to identify and prioritize training initiatives

• Measure training impact through assessments and feedback

• Update and manage training documentation and records
Requirements:

• Degree in Adult Education or related fields

• At least 3 years’ experience in learning and development

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Proficiency in technology for training purposes

• Understanding of service delivery operational needs
