Position: Academic Program Coordinator, Course-Based Masters
Drive student success as the Academic Program Coordinator for course-based masters at the University of Guelph. This role encompasses advising, industry liaison, and program marketing to attract prospective students.

Working within the College of Biological Science, you will manage student recruitment and help students navigate their program journey. Essential duties include coordinating internships, facilitating research projects, and evaluating program performance. Collaboration with various committees and partners is key to enhancing the overall program experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement recruitment strategies for prospective students

• Guide students through their academic journey

• Network with industry and university partners

• Market programs effectively to reach diverse audiences

• Coordinate events and workshops to support students

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Biology or a similar field

• At least 2 years in recruitment or program coordination

• Strong administrative and communication skills

• Effective time management and organizational abilities

• Experience evaluating academic transcripts
