Guelph French & English Language Tutor

Empower young learners at Oxford Learning Guelph Woodlawn & Hanlon as a part-time French and English tutor! This role requires teaching French immersion and cultivating language skills.

As a dedicated educator, you will engage students directly, fostering their academic growth and enthusiasm for language learning. Your responsibilities include utilizing our established teaching philosophies while creating a supportive environment for students of various levels. You'll be essential in guiding their understanding and communication skills effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct up to 3 students at differing language levels

• Adhere to the Oxford Learning teaching framework

• Document student progress post-lesson

• Ensure effective interaction with students daily

• Cultivate a friendly and encouraging atmosphere

Requirements:

• CEGEP or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• Exceptional command of French and English

• Previous tutoring experience from Grade 1 to 12

• Knowledge of French immersion teaching

• Evening availability and summer commitment
