In this role, you will focus on recruiting employers and providing comprehensive advisement to students in the Work Experience (WEX) program. Your marketing expertise will help raise the profile of the program while supporting students' job search strategies and career counseling. Engaging with diverse communities will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance WEX employment opportunities
• Promote WEX programs to various stakeholders
• Guide students in job search strategies and skill development
• Organize workshops to prepare students for work terms
• Monitor student progress during work placements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field needed
• At least two years of relevant experience required
• Strong marketing and communication skills essential
• Knowledge of labor market analytics beneficial
• Experience with diverse populations preferred
