Academic Program Manager at University

Enhance educational programs and strategic projects at the University of Guelph. The Manager of Academic Programs drives initiatives to improve undergraduate learning experiences and research outcomes.

Located in Guelph, Ontario, this role is a key part of the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences. You will advise the Associate Dean on program quality, oversee curriculum development, and support strategic projects to boost student recruitment. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on undergraduate program enhancement

• Oversee new curriculum and international program development

• Manage curriculum proposal and quality review processes

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data for planning

• Support initiatives in the College’s Hub for Teaching and Learning Excellence

Requirements:

• Master’s degree required;
PhD preferred

• Minimum 3 years related experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong problem solving and planning skills

• Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
