Position Details:
Long Term Occasional Assignment – French Immersion Kindergarten – 1.0 FTE.
Location:
Edward Johnson Public School.
Rate of Pay: $52,974.00 - $ per annum; salary grid rate is based on QECO rating and teaching experience; annual salary is prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1, 2026.
Required Qualifications:
FSL Part 1, Primary.
Effective Date:
September 2, 2026 - June 30, 2027.
Reporting to the Principal of the assigned school, the Long‑Term Occasional Teacher is responsible for providing continuous, high‑quality education during the temporary absence of the regular teacher. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting student achievement and well‑being in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies.
