With a focus on advising student groups and managing departmental communications, you will coordinate events like orientation and convocation. Your leadership will facilitate training sessions and conflict resolution, ensuring a balanced student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation of student life programs

• Advise and mentor student groups and staff

• Manage communications including e-newsletters and social media

• Coordinate events like orientation and convocation

• Resolve conflicts and enhance staff performance through training

Requirements:

• Degree in education or related field

• Minimum three years in student services

• Experience advising university students

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and event planning
