Bilingual French & English Tutor

Become a Bilingual Tutor at Oxford Learning Guelph Woodlawn, specializing in French language instruction. Assist high school students in their French immersion courses and boost their confidence.

This part-time role focuses on helping students excel in both French and English. You'll be tutoring in person during evening sessions, engaging with students while employing Oxford's established teaching methods. Your fluent communication skills will be key in guiding students through complex language concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tutor multiple students simultaneously, up to 3

• Implement Oxford Learning's educational philosophy

• Document lessons and student progress notes

• Communicate updates to students’ families

• Uphold a professional and approachable manner

Requirements:

• CEGEP or Bachelor’s qualification in a relevant area

• OCT certification preferable

• Experience tutoring or teaching high school students

• Proficient in French immersion coursework

• Ability to work flexible evening hours
