Position: Independent Drum Lessons Teacher Role
Teach drum lessons at Long & McQuade in Guelph, Ontario, as an Independent Lessons Teacher. This contract position requires teaching experience and a solid foundation in music education.

In this role, you will provide individualized drum instruction at the Long & McQuade Lesson Centre, working as an independent contractor. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in music, Grade 8 RCM standing, or proven professional equivalency. Your teaching experience will help you support students of all ages, while utilizing effective methodologies and structured curricula.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored drum lessons to students of diverse ages

• Design engaging lesson plans that reflect standard curricula

• Monitor and assess each student's learning progression

• Cultivate a supportive and interactive learning environment

• Arrange lessons across weekdays, weeknights, and weekends

Requirements:

• Music degree or diploma from an accredited institution

• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Experience teaching students of various age groups

• Knowledge of teaching methodologies in music

• Established professional equivalency in teaching
