The PSW Instructor is essential eph's Health Centre Guelph and Wellington Terrace. In this part-time position, you will deliver classroom instruction while supervising adult learners during clinical placements. You'll be responsible for assessing module materials and ensuring diploma requirements are met, showcasing a commitment to diverse learner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality classroom instruction using approved curriculum
• Supervise learners during their clinical placements
• Assess and record attendance, marks, and report completion
• Coordinate clinical site visits and monitoring
• Maintain relationships with community clinical partners
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in Ontario
• OCT qualified with Health Care Services qualifications
• Experience instructing within a PSW program
• Flexible working style with adult learners
• Online or blended learning experience an asset
