Position: Temporary Full Time Educator II
The University of Guelph Child Care and Learning Centre seeks a Temporary Full Time Educator II to foster inclusive learning experiences. Engage with children, families, and colleagues to develop a vibrant, child-centered curriculum.

This Educator II role involves collaborating with a team to create an innovative learning atmosphere tailored to children’s interests. You’ll be partnering with families and fellow educators to plan engaging programs rooted in the Reggio Emilia Approach. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with families to enhance children's learning

• Collaborate with other educators on curriculum design

• Create a responsive learning environment for children

• Guide and mentor support staff and students

• Conduct outreach with community professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies or related field

• 1.5 years of experience in a licensed child care setting

• Current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR-C

• Knowledge of Ontario’s Early Years pedagogical frameworks
