This temporary full-time role is essential for growing the LANG Good Works initiative, which connects business students with organizations that contribute to society’s betterment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships, creating student opportunities, and reporting on program impact, all under the guidance of the Associate Dean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster partnerships with charities and social enterprises

• Coordinate paid internships and applied learning experiences

• Work with faculty to integrate experiential education

• Organize outreach efforts to highlight Good Works' achievements

• Monitor and report on program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Preferred Master’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3-6 years in partnership development in relevant sectors

• Proven experience in managing student projects and events

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Commitment to experiential education and social impact
