Support student learning as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for LEAD

We are seeking a PhD student with prior experience as a Teaching Assistant. The course will run from September 8 to October 25, 2026, requiring dedicated interaction through grading, preparing resources, and conducting office hours to ensure academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead online office hours for student engagement

• Prepare and evaluate student assignments

• Offer consultations and feedback

• Curate peer-reviewed literature for course materials

• Attend necessary departmental meetings

Requirements:

• Active PhD student

• Expertise in leadership studies

• Previous GTA role in relevant subject areas

• Proficient in verbal and written communication
