The University of Guelph invites applications for a Graduate Teaching Assistant position for the Introduction to Econometrics course. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to student success. Applicants must be registered graduate students available Monday to Friday for teaching duties, student consultations, and exam invigilation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lab sessions and seminars for students
• Prepare course materials and support learning
• Hold office hours for student consultations
• Grade assignments and invigilate exams
• Attend departmental meetings as required
Requirements:
• Must be a registered University of Guelph graduate student
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability during specified hours
• Ability to meet grading and invigilation deadlines
• Preferred:
PhD student with R experience
Contribute to academic excellence and student engagement as a Teaching Assistant in Econometrics at the University of Guelph.
