Management Capstone Teaching Assistant

Support Management Capstone students in person at the University of Guelph through grading, consultation, and clear academic communication. Winter 2027 assignment.

This GTA position supports MGMT
* 4200 Management Capstone within the Department of Management. The role includes student consultation, office hours, preparation, meetings, exam invigilation, and grading. You will attend scheduled class sessions and provide clear, constructive feedback while meeting grading deadlines accurately and reliably.

• Attend orientation and training activities
• Hold office hours for student support
• Prepare for assigned Management Capstone activities
• Consult with students about course work
• Grade student work and invigilate examinations

• Graduate student registration in Management during Winter 2027
• Availability for one scheduled class session weekly
• Reliable, accurate completion of grading deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Management Capstone, Strategic Management, or comparable course grade of 80% or higher
