This is a full‑time on‑site position for an Intermediate Mechanical Designer based in Guelph, ON. The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for creating technical drawings, designing custom machinery, conducting research and development (R&D), and collaborating with the engineering team to develop functional mechanical solutions. The role involves utilizing computer‑aided design (CAD) tools to ensure accuracy and quality in all design projects.

The candidate will actively contribute to all phases of the design and construction process, working closely with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) software
• Experience in Machine Design and Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to conduct Research and Development (R&D) for innovative solutions
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field
• Experience in the customization of machinery or tooling is an asset
