As a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of local experience, you will manage a team of field technicians.

Your role will include coordinating materials testing, geotechnical investigations, and inspections for a variety of projects including industrial, commercial, and road rehabilitation. You'll also perform complex site visits and address any on-site challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training and management of field technicians

• Coordinate materials testing and geotechnical investigation projects

• Conduct site visits and complex footing inspections

• Troubleshoot issues during earthworks activities

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of geotechnical experience in Ontario

• Civil Engineering diploma focused on Geotechnical Engineering

• CCIL Certifications preferred

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of construction practices
