Overview
Lead engineering projects as a Program Manager with Linamar, facilitating communication and ensuring timely delivery while exceeding customer standards. This role encompasses project management, internal liaising, and team guidance. As a Program Manager Engineer, you will independently manage tasks, act as a key customer contact, and develop a comprehensive understanding of project scopes. Utilise project management skills and engineering expertise to thrive as a Program Manager at Linamar.
Responsibilities- Oversee projects from concept to production stage
- Track budgets and communicate program status to stakeholders
- Lead technical specification and supplier development
- Prepare quotations and maintain customer documentation
- Direct and coordinate project teams in product development
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Two years in machining or manufacturing
- Technical proposal writing abilities
- Intermediate experience with MS Office and CAD software
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools
