Position: Technical Lead for Environmental Compliance
Take the lead in environmental compliance as a Technical Lead in Guelph or Oakville, Ontario. This hybrid role requires expertise in guiding complex infrastructure projects through regulatory challenges.
As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in senior technical leadership within high-profile infrastructure projects across Ontario. Your responsibilities include mentoring specialists, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and advising design partners on environmental risks. You will facilitate communication among clients, regulators, and Indigenous communities while overseeing environmental deliverables and compliance across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide complex infrastructure environmental components

• Lead and mentor a growing team of specialists

• Develop and review environmental management plans

• Provide strategic advice on risks and mitigation measures

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in environmental compliance

• Strong leadership in alternative delivery models

• Comprehensive knowledge of environmental legislation

• Proven ability to engage clients and communities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
