Regional Packaging Technology Engineer

Elevate packaging solutions as a Packaging Technology Engineer with Royal Canin in the Americas. Support new product and process implementations across dry and wet packaging operations.
As a key player, you’ll contribute to advancing packaging technologies in the regional factory network. This role emphasizes implementation of new packaging materials and processes while ensuring compliance with R&D specifications. Your expertise in packaging scale-up and factory operations will drive innovation and quality improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Industrial test runs for packaging innovations

• Validate and define bag allocations for new deployments

• Troubleshoot packaging technology issues in factories

• Deliver training on packaging process principles and specifications

• Execute technical audits for process and material conformance
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 3+ years in food technology or packaging development

• Proven R&D experience in the packaging industry

• Factory experience in manufacturing environments

• Master's degree preferred;
Lean 6-Sigma certification is a plus
