In this junior role, you will assist with important quality documents, support the training of production staff, and engage directly with customer concerns. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quality-related documentation and control plans

• Train production team on inspection and measurement

• Address customer concerns through detailed reporting

• Help complete necessary PPAP documentation

• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action meetings
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar

• Minimum of 6 months experience in quality assurance

• Understanding of quality assurance standards and tools

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
