In this position, you will work closely with clients to ensure the technical integrity of projects while actively participating in business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise technically with clients on project deliverables

• Ensure quality and compliance of projects under peer review

• Provide expertise in environmental assessments and approvals

• Lead marketing initiatives requiring technical expertise

• Mentor and coach team members in their professional development

Requirements:

• 15+ years in environmental engineering or consulting

• Professional licensing in Ontario (P.Eng. or P.Geo.)

• Expertise in environmental regulations and standards

• Proven experience with groundwater monitoring programs

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
