Dillon seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to lead its Civil Infrastructure Technical Group in Ontario. This position involves working closely with clients to develop effective asset management plans addressing the evolving challenges of financial sustainability and climate impact. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery focused on community engagement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the creation of Asset Management plans and reports
• Drive business growth through market identification and proposals
• Translate technical information into actionable strategies
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to meet project goals
• Conduct workshops and engage with community stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field
• Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario
• 8-10 years of focused experience in municipal projects
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Relevant familiarity with municipal asset life cycles
