Lead Controls Engineer - Electrical Systems Focus

Become a key player as a Senior Controls/Electrical Systems Engineer, leading electrical design projects across North America. This role emphasizes automation, efficiency, and leveraging AI technologies to elevate design processes.

In this senior role, you will oversee the electrical design of water treatment systems, ensuring efficient delivery and manufacturability while driving the adoption of digital engineering practices. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, optimizing designs with Lean principles, and providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead custom electrical designs for water treatment systems

• Develop and review CAD drawings, BOMs, and technical documents

• Support compliance with safety standards and project specifications

• Implement Lean principles to enhance process efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years

• Experience with control systems for machinery

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical software

• Knowledge of UL and CSA standards

• Familiarity with Smart I/O manifolds is a plus
