In this engineering role, you will engage in the design, fabrication, and evaluation of machining and assembly processes. You'll be integral in improving production lines through project planning and execution, ensuring accurate operation sheets and training shop floor personnel. This position requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering and exceptional communication skills to effectively address production challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate new machinery and resolve process problems

• Plan and execute projects for production line improvements

• Conduct time studies for process optimization

• Develop training on process flows and quality requirements

• Review scale drawings for client compliance
Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• Minimum of 4 years in a machining or manufacturing role

• Familiarity with FMEA and statistical analysis software

• Experience in CNC and special purpose equipment

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
