In this immediate position, you'll oversee various aspects of program builds, ensuring budget and timelines are met. A strong background in engineering, combined with 3-5 years of program management experience in manufacturing, will set you up for success. You’ll engage in communication with diverse departments, manage APQP activities, troubleshoot issues, and validate designs through testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of program builds, including cost and delivery

• Conduct APQP activities and maintain documentation

• Coordinate interdepartmental communication about programs

• Troubleshoot customer plant issues and validate designs

• Support new business quoting and process definition
Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or related field

• 3-5 years of relevant program management experience

• Previous experience with GD&T required

• Strong knowledge of moulding processes an asset

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
