Position: Experienced Geotechnical Supervisor Wanted
Join JLP Services Inc. as an Experienced Geotechnical Supervisor, specializing in materials testing and project oversight in southwestern Ontario. This role focuses on critical inspections and team leadership.
As a Senior Geotechnical Supervisor, your minimum five years of regional experience will be pivotal in managing diverse earthwork projects. You'll engage in technical inspections, supervise material testing, and implement best practices while guiding field technicians. Your strong analytical and communication skills will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geotechnical inspections and sampling processes

• Manage and train a team of field technicians

• Execute soil, concrete, and compaction testing

• Oversee subgrade and rebar inspections

• Ensure project compliance and documentation accuracy
Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience in southwestern Ontario

• Civil Engineering diploma with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering

• CCIL concrete certifications are mandatory

• Excellent analytical and writing skills

• Strong understanding of construction and environmental protocols
