Position: Senior Specialist for Packaging Development
Drive impactful packaging development at Tech-Ops as a Senior Specialist in Guelph. Leverage your technical expertise to support design, testing, and production of innovative packaging.

In this role, you’ll lead the charge in developing new packaging components while fostering collaboration across various departments. Your goal will be to ensure that all packaging meets required standards and enhances product quality, while also addressing compliance needs through structured documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead packaging projects targeting innovation and compliance

• Manage collaboration with cross-functional teams for efficiency

• Oversee improvements in packaging design and cost reduction

• Author detailed package documentation and validation reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Development or similar

• At least 5 years of experience in consumer goods

• Expertise in packaging materials and industry regulations

• Strong writing and communication abilities

• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
