Randstad Canada seeks a process-driven professional for a one-year Industrial Engineer position. You will lead high-impact initiatives for new product launches, focusing on streamlining production and process optimization. Collaborate with production teams to implement cost-saving strategies and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and analyze production processes for improvement
• Establish labor standards and Lean Manufacturing methods
• Develop equipment layouts and process designs using AutoCAD
• Create and maintain essential process documentation
• Manage validation of new processes for efficiency compliance
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering
• 3-5 years in automotive or aerospace manufacturing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
