We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead energy initiatives at Magna Exteriors. Your responsibilities will include the creation and oversight of energy efficiency projects and maintaining an energy monitoring system. As part of a cross-functional team, your goal will be to promote best practices while adhering to industry standards in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for energy savings

• Analyze energy data and identify optimization opportunities

• Implement continuous improvement methodologies

• Lead reviews with the Energy Team for project effectiveness

• Coordinate with federal and provincial agencies for incentives

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Three years’ experience in energy management or project management

• Certified Energy Manager or CMVP designation is a plus

• Proficient with energy-related systems in a manufacturing context

• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
