Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate RIM and SMC molding processes

• Lead problem-solving across molding and downstream processes

• Apply SPC for monitoring molding quality factors

• Collaborate with suppliers for technical support

• Train and mentor technicians and operators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years in process engineering

• Proven experience in automotive manufacturing processes

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication in English
