RWDI is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join and contribute to our Environmental Noise & Vibration team in Ontario as a Senior Scientist/Engineer. This role supports clients across the buildings, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Participating in peer and design reviews, land use planning, EASR/ECA submissions, and hearing preparation.
- Maintaining a client-focused approach, using your technical expertise to support the success of client projects.
- Working closely with junior staff to advance their knowledge and abilities.
- Supporting field measurement programs and data analysis as required.
- Applying best practices and in-depth knowledge of the Ontario regulatory environment to support RWDI’s clients.
- Contributing to environmental assessments and related documentation.
- Considering a supervisory role depending on aptitude and interest.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline; eligibility for P.Eng registration with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is preferred.
- Candidates without P.Eng eligibility but with significant, relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Environmental Noise and Vibration.
- Availability to work in person at our office in Guelph, ON.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Background and interest in coding, particularly in Python.
- Interest in electronics and instrumentation.
