Program Manager for Automotive Innovations

Drive automotive technology development as a Program Manager at Magna Exteriors. You will lead the engineering and launch of automotive programs, ensuring performance and quality meet industry standards.

In this role, you will oversee all program aspects within a dynamic engineering environment. With 3-5 years of experience managing production programs, you will apply your knowledge of GD&T and molding processes to coordinate communication, troubleshoot issues, and manage costs effectively. Your ability to handle challenges and make design decisions will prove invaluable to guiding future vehicle technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program builds, focusing on cost and delivery

• Conduct APQP activities and maintain internal documentation

• Troubleshoot assembly plant issues directly with customers

• Validate designs through testing and assembly trials

• Manage build inventories in collaboration with production

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or related field

• 3-5 years program management experience

• Strong knowledge of GD&T and molding processes

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to travel regularly with valid passport
