As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the Fergus Maintenance Department to achieve production goals through efficient machine upkeep. You will utilize your engineering degree and substantial hands-on experience to foster a high-performing team while maintaining safety, compliance, and cost control. This position involves collaboration with various plant functions to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all health and safety regulations are met

• Quickly address and manage daily equipment breakdowns

• Create a roadmap for maintenance enhancements

• Evaluate employee performance and development plans

• Control spare parts inventory using SAP

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities

• Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Willingness for occasional after-hours work
