Agilus by Synergie is seeking an Engineering Manager experienced in leading Controls teams within the Hydraulics Manufacturing Sector.

Your role combines technical prowess with leadership, ensuring project planning, design, and execution are efficient and successful. You will mentor engineers and co-op students while collaborating closely with Product Management on innovative business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of Controls projects

• Hire, mentor and develop engineering talent

• Collaborate with Product Management for business development

• Design software for mobile and industrial control systems

• Support mechanical teams with controls engineering

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering

• 5+ years engineering management experience

• Proficient with CODESYS, J1939, and similar platforms

• Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems and fluid dynamics

• Familiar with OEM environments and diesel systems
