Field Technician - Environmental Testing

RWDI is hiring a Field Technician specializing in Environmental Testing in Guelph, Ontario. This onsite role focuses on hands-on fieldwork in source emissions monitoring and compliance oversight.

As a Senior Field Technician at RWDI, you will oversee and execute complex testing projects. Your responsibilities include managing field operations, ensuring data integrity, and mentoring junior staff while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. This position requires significant expertise in environmental technology and a commitment to advancing engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform stack testing and emissions monitoring onsite

• Coordinate crew logistics and field deployment plans

• Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC protocols

• Serve as a liaison with clients and regulatory bodies

• Train and supervise junior technicians on best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in air quality testing

• Proficient in EPA and OSTC testing methodologies

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience

• Must hold a valid driver’s license

• Must be eligible to work in the USA
