In this engineering role, you will report to the Facilities Manager and focus on maintaining vital equipment, including boilers and chillers. Your work will be critical in supporting patient care and compliance with safety regulations. This position is ideal for candidates with the 4th Class Stationary Engineer Certification or relevant power plant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain boilers, chillers, and water systems
• Troubleshoot building automation and infrastructure systems
• Collaborate with skilled trades for general repairs
• Follow TSSA 4th Class Power Engineer standards
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols
Requirements:
• 4th Class Stationary Engineer Certification required
• 2-3 years experience in power plant operations
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Strong communication skills for staff interaction
