Apply civil engineering expertise in Crozier’s Land Development team across Guelph and Collingwood, using grading, servicing, and stormwater skills. Recent graduates gain practical project experience.
This graduate position supports residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects alongside experienced leaders. You will prepare civil designs, hydraulic models, technical reports, and design briefs. The work includes municipal standards, approval requirements, and water resources studies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare civil servicing and grading designs, models, and studies
- Analyze sewer systems using Info Works and SewerGEMS hydraulic models
- Complete water system modelling with Info Water and WaterCAD
- Support stormwater, floodplain, and Low Impact Development studies
- Draft reports, design briefs, and project meeting materials
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering
- One to two years of professional experience preferred
- Hydrologic and hydraulic computer modelling experience
- Working knowledge of listed modelling software and Microsoft Office
- Ontario municipal land development knowledge and strong report writing
