When joining Splitsville as a Deputy Manager, you will receive a thorough induction and be trained across all areas of the busy centre – lanes, bar, diner, and amusements. Your responsibilities will range from supporting the Centre Manager with back‑of‑house duties to running an exceptional front‑of‑house operation across all areas.

• Support the Centre Manager and team in delivering financial targets and service standards in lanes, bar, diner and amusements.
• Inspire the team to provide outstanding service, creating great experiences and lasting memories.
• Encourage an environment where team members are motivated and empowered to perform their best.

• Management experience, ideally within a retail or restaurant setting
• A passion for guest service
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Desire for success
• A friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with organizing and assigning shift tasks
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
