When joining Splitsville as a Deputy Manager, you will receive a thorough induction and be trained across all areas of the busy centre – lanes, bar, diner, and amusements. Your responsibilities will range from supporting the Centre Manager with back‑of‑house duties to running an exceptional front‑of‑house operation across all areas.
- Support the Centre Manager and team in delivering financial targets and service standards in lanes, bar, diner and amusements.
- Inspire the team to provide outstanding service, creating great experiences and lasting memories.
- Encourage an environment where team members are motivated and empowered to perform their best.
- Management experience, ideally within a retail or restaurant setting
- A passion for guest service
- Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales
- Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Desire for success
- A friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with organizing and assigning shift tasks
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
