As a Cast Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring each guest has a fantastic experience. Your responsibilities will include working at concessions, assisting customers on the floor, and managing box office tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests in concessions, box office, and at the theatre
• Maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor while engaging with customers
• Work flexible evening and late-night shifts as required
• Support daily operational functions within the theatre
• Uphold Cineplex’s commitment to exceptional service and inclusion
Requirements:
• Energetic and team-oriented personality
• Enjoy working in guest-facing positions
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification is an asset
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Willingness to embrace diversity and accessibility
