Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the company’s accounting authority, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Partner with the executive team and stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic planning
• Play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for business growth
• Design and implement a scalable internal control environment appropriate for a high-growth, private-equity backed organization
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve financial visibility
• Oversee purchase price accounting (PPA), post-close accounting, and integration of acquired entities into the existing financial structure

Who We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned accounting professional (CPA strongly preferred) with 3-5 years of experience, ideally with exposure to M&A, integration, or startup environments
• Someone who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited about building systems that scale
• Strong communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to strategic initiatives
• You have grit, take ownership of your work, and hold yourself to a high standard, because you care about getting it right and building something that lasts
